Assist in the management and maintenance of employee files.
Support the onboarding and offboarding process.
Respond to employee inquiries and requests providing accurate information and guidance.
Maintain employee time and attendance system ensuring accurate records of employee attendance.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
Provide adminstrative support for HR initiatives and activities.
Qualification & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor degree in any field.
Strong interest in HR operations and services.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Profiency in English both written and verbal.
Strong planning and organizing skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word Extel Powerpoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
