Responsibilities/职责

To support and accelerate the rapid advancement of the smart manufacturing strategy in China the team is preparing to establish a Center of Excellence (COE) in the field of smart logistics applications (AGV/LOS/ASRS). This position is primarily responsible for the implementation of smart logistics application solutions including driving and coordinating the development and upgrade of technical solutions deployment and implementation and promotion among internal factories.

Job Description/职位描述

• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design to deployment and post-launch application support. 负责项目的端到端交付从概念设计到部署和投产后的应用支持

• Participate in project requirements analysis solution formulation and implementation planning. Translating business needs into a clear product roadmap balancing long-term vision with near-term deliverables. Lead the COE team in developing smart logistics technology strategies and MGPP. 参与项目需求分析方案制定及实施计划的编制 将业务需求转化为清晰的产品路线图兼顾长期愿景与近期交付成果同时带领COE团队制定智能物流技术战略和MGPP

• Develop detailed implementation plans coordinate cross-functional teams manage schedules budgets and resource allocation and obtain approval from business units. 制定详细的实施计划协调跨职能团队并管理时间表预算和资源分配并得到业务部门的批准

• Drive the implementation of general smart logistics solutions including technical requirements analysis system architecture planning LTA approval supplier solution selection and the formulation of communication and data interfaces related to LOS/AGV/ASRS systems such as data structure definitions and standardized interface definitions. 推动智能物流通用解决方案的落地包括技术需求分析系统架构的规划LTA的批准供应商方案筛选以及LOS/AGV/ASRS系统相关通信接口和数据接口的制定如数据结构定义标准化接口的定义等

• Develop UAT frameworks coordinate testing activities with business users and engineering teams and support project implementation. 制定UAT框架并与业务用户和工程团队协调测试活动以及支持项目实施

• Proactively resolve issues and remove obstacles to ensure on-time delivery. 主动解决问题并排除障碍以确保按时交付

• Communicate and collaborate across teams working with factory or supply chain project managers IT compliance procurement and business teams. 跨团队沟通协作与工厂或供应链项目经理IT合规采购和商务等团队合作

• Develop standard implementation manuals and collect and share best practice cases. Promote capability improvement of smart logistics personnel through technical training. 制定标准实施手册并收集和分享最佳实践案例通过技术培训促进智能物流相关人才能力提升

Job Requirements/任职要求

• Bachelors degree or above in computer science automation logistics engineering or equivalent experience in a related field. Familiar with business processes and software/hardware systems related to intelligent logistics. 本科或以上学历计算机学科自动化类学科物流工程或类似的相关背景熟悉智能物流相关的业务流程和软硬件系统

• Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. 以客户为中心 了解在所有业务决策中将客户需求和满意度作为首要考虑因素的价值观和实践并能够利用这些信息创建定制的客户解决方案

• Technical Troubleshooting: Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches tools and techniques; ability to anticipate recognize and resolve technical issues on hardware software application or operation.

Top candidates may also have:

• Experienced in automation and digital project management and the ability to independently plan and execute projects. 具备自动化及数字化项目管理经验能够独立负责项目的计划与执行

• Familiar with LOS system functional architecture interfaces and integration specifications. 熟悉LOS系统的功能架构接口与集成规范

• Knowledge of AGV hardware and software familiar with AGV scheduling system functional architecture and integration specifications. 了解AGV的硬件和软件熟悉AGV调度系统功能架构和集成规范

• Familiar with ASRS system functions and operational control logic and understanding of data interaction and integration specifications. 熟悉ASRS系统功能和运行控制逻辑了解数据交互与集成规范

• Proficient in English communication with a team spirit and able to complete related work actively and proactively. 英语能够无障碍沟通具有的团队合作精神能够积极主动地完成相关工作

This position requires 5-day weekly office presence
