- According to the category strategy with a customer centric approach deciding product assortment in line with trends and customer expectations
- Leading day-to-day business relationship with the key suppliers through supporting activities including contracting ordering communication of demand volume delivery time changes follow up back orders
- Conducting market research on regular basis to analyze new suppliers products and competitor trends
- Preparing monthly reports about category operations to review sales performance analysis and taking necessary actions
- Participating in our projects discovering Turkish cuisine and promote better quality standards
- Providing communication between the category and the stores
- Working collaboratively with Sales & Operation Offer Management Finance Marketing Gastronometro and Supply Chain in order to reach.
Qualifications :
- University degree in related departments
- Preferably min 3 years of offer buying and/or sales experience
- Fluency both writing and speaking in English for steering global projects
- Good command of MS Office applications advanced level of Excel for making executive summaries and supporting strategic decisions
- No military service obligation for male candidates
- Strong in negotiation of contracts
- Strong analytical communication crisis management and problem-solving skills for a sustainable and powerful relationship with customers
- Being food lover for enjoying every second of work life
- Having self-confident
- Open to exploring new trends and learning.
Additional Information :
Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO. Were working remotely on Fridays. You can work from anywhere on that day.
