Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Commercial Manager (B&R) to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team you will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and managing high-value contracts related to the Belt and Road initiative and other international infrastructure projects.
- Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals and the B&R initiative
- Lead contract negotiations with clients partners and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
- Analyze financial data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization
- Manage complex infrastructure projects ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
- Drive business development initiatives to expand our presence in the B&R ecosystem
- Assess and mitigate commercial risks associated with large-scale international projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including government officials investors and industry partners
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on commercial matters related to the B&R initiative
- Oversee a team of commercial professionals fostering their growth and development
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field; MBA or relevant masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial management with a focus on international infrastructure projects
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful commercial strategies
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation financial analysis and risk management
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
- In-depth knowledge of the Belt and Road initiative and its economic implications
- Demonstrated experience in business development within an international context
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or Mandarin is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally as required for project management and business development
