GymNation the Middle Easts fastest-growing fitness brand is continuing its rapid expansion across Saudi Arabia and is now hiring a Finance Manager to support and strengthen its KSA finance operation. The Role

As Finance Manager for Saudi Arabia you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance and accounting operations across the Kingdom ensuring strong reporting compliance and financial control.

In the early phase the role will be hands-on and delivery focused covering audits VAT reporting and controls. Over time as the business and team grow the role will naturally develop into a more strategic finance partner position supporting senior leadership with planning performance analysis and commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations in KSA
Prepare and review monthly and quarterly financial statements
Manage budgeting forecasting and cashflow monitoring
Handle VAT ZATCA filings and compliance
Support and coordinate statutory audits
Produce MIS reports variance analysis and management dashboards
Maintain and improve financial controls and processes
Support senior management with financial insights
Guide and support junior accounting staff

Team & Environment

Part of a growing Saudi finance function
Working closely with senior leadership and regional finance
Exposure to a fast-scaling multi-site operation

About You

You are a capable hands-on finance professional who wants to grow with a business not just process transactions.

You will bring:

58 years finance and accounting experience
A fully completed professional qualification (CA CPA ACCA or CMA)
Strong knowledge of KSA VAT ZATCA and local regulations
Experience producing financial statements MIS and management reports
Strong Excel and ERP skills
The ambition to progress into a broader finance leadership role
