Job Summary

Responsible for planning coordinating and delivering LC projects across APAC. This includes managing project timelines budgets and resources to ensure new products are introduced on schedule and meet quality and cost targets. The role involves working closely with engineering manufacturing and product management teams to align project goals resolve issues and maintain transparency. The LC PJM Lead also drives process improvements monitors key performance indicators and ensures compliance with standardized project management practices.
Ensures successful execution of LC projects across APAC delivering on time within cost targets and meeting quality standards. This role directly impacts product development cycle time cost efficiency and market competitiveness. Maintains clear communication to align priorities resolve conflicts and ensure transparency in project progress.
Serve as the key link between product line central engineering manufacturing teams procurement and finance etc. as well as regional stakeholders. Communication with JVs such as HAPQ and HGLS will need to be managed.
Introduce best practices and innovative approaches to project planning risk management and resource optimization. Focuses on continuous improvement to enhance delivery speed and efficiency.
Lead a team of 5 project managers providing guidance resource allocation and performance management. Builds project management capabilities and fosters a culture of disciplined execution.
Support ongoing initiatives and special projects on a flexible project-based basis. Represents LC PJM in governance forums and ensures compliance with corporate standards.

Qualifications :

Requires strong expertise in project management methodologies HVAC product development and cross-functional coordination. Specialized knowledge in LC systems and industrialization processes is essential.
Operates across multiple APAC sites requiring strong intercultural collaboration and adaptability. Aligns regional execution with global standards and corporate objectives.
