Job Description

商业领导力管理培训生项目(Commercial Leadership Program)是为公司培养未来商业领导人的管理培训生项目包含一个预轮岗以及两个为期各一年的在销售产品销售等跨越不同职能不同地区的颇具挑战的轮岗同时提供涵盖领导力销售市场产品等方面的诸多培训课程通过轮岗和培训项目成员能够全面了解我们的产品行业和客户并不断提升销售产品销售方面的技能全方位锻炼领导力为走上一线销售岗位以及长远职业发展奠定坚实的基础

任职要求

2025年9月至2026年7月毕业的海内外毕业生或有2年以内工作经验者均可申请

销售或产品销售方向岗位本科及以上学历专业不限临床医学生物医学工程医学影像专业商科等相关专业优先

对医疗行业有基本的了解对商务销售工作充满兴趣勇于接受挑战承担压力踏实肯干结果导向

内驱力强渴望卓越具备领导力潜质

较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力善于倾听与理解他人

较强的逻辑思维和分析能力

优秀的中英文表达能力
