- You support one of the HR Business Partners in their daily activities.
- You are responsible for recruiting all interns within JDE Belgium.
- Posting job ads scheduling interviews and screening candidates.
- You will be involved in onboarding new employees.
- You are responsible for organizing an induction day for all new employees.
- You will be assigned responsibilities in global HR projects for example Employer Branding.
- You contribute to new initiatives or projects across the broad HR spectrum.
- Optimizing HR processes within the Employee Life Cycle.
- You may participate in improving HR processes.
- You are responsible for our internal communication to the business on a weekly basis.
- You are a full member of the team which will provide you with the necessary support knowledge and experience. Like every team member you will be given an active role.
- There is definitely room to tailor part of your internship to your own interests and strengths.
Qualifications :
- You are in the final or penultimate year of a university or college program preferably with a specialization in HR.
- You speak Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- You are available full-time for a minimum period of 5 months and can start in January/February 2026. Please mention your availability in your application.
- Hands-on independent and dynamic are words that describe you well.
