Job Summary

Help us get ahead of disease together with our Internship Programme

Education required: You are regularlyenrolledin Masters degree in Management Communication Engineering Statistics IT Economics Supply Chain Physics Mathematics Business Administration Life Sciences Logistics or similar field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.

Language requirement: Fluent in French and a good knowledge of English

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: 5-6 months minimum

Requisite: The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum for which an agreement must be signed between GSK the student and the Educational Establishment.

Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements the internship will not be paid. However some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Management of Production Units team

  • Develop LEAN tools (6 sigma etc.) and methodology (DMAIC etc.)

  • Participate to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case

  • Implementing process improvements

  • Supporting the project leader in established projects with:

    • Following up on project actions and making sure decisions taken are put in place

    • Keeping track of projects scope

    • Schedule and resources

    • Project communications

    • Stakeholder management & Escalating risks and issues

Youll be excited by the thought of:

  • Developing knowledge in 6 sigma and lean methodology

  • Developing knowledge in digital tools like PowerBi PowerApps Azure

  • Developing team collaboration skills and working in a fast-paced environment

  • Participating to initiatives and projects in Production Units

  • Analysing production data and processes

  • Participating to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case

  • Implementing process improvements

  • Supporting the project leader in established projects
