Job Title:Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate will have strong Med/Surg Stroke and Stepdown experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced acute care environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum2 years of recent Medical/Surgical experience
- Required experience inStroke and Stepdown units
- Must have documentedprior travel experience
- Required EMR:EPIC
- Active RN license in Current State
- Required:BLS (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment patient care and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg and Stroke Stepdown patients
- Monitor vital signs neurological status and complex clinical changes
- Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Assist with stroke protocols rapid assessments and emergent care when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans and discharge instructions
