Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Deliver leadership development programs for all levels of leaders including executive and c-suite level clients including Truist leaders outside corporate clients and philanthropic partners. Works with minimum supervision.
2. Works with outside and adjunct facilitators who teach TLI programs and content within their organizations. Serve as a mentor train-the-trainer and subject matter expert for such relationships. Certify that adjunct facilitators meet TLI standards and fully understand programs.
3. Effectively deliver exceptional blended learning experiences using a variety of instructional delivery methods incorporating adult learning principles and theories. Translate learning theories into facilitation that create practice skill acquisition/building while creating an environment for performance behavioral change and inclusion.
4. Lead strategic projects and initiatives for the leadership programs team.
5. Effectively communicates using storytelling and questioning techniques to adapt the learning experience for practical day-to-day application and aid in learning retention.
6. Provide feedback and make recommendations for improvement and enhancements to training curriculum and programs.
7. Continually build on existing skills related to adult learning and leadership theories incorporating new learnings into programs and sharing with teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience
2. 5 years of experience teaching leadership development programs
3. Demonstrated leadership skills
4. Skills Interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and clients; verbal/ written communication skills; public speaking and group facilitation skills
5. Ability to endure light physical labor (e.g. moving chairs tables boxes)
6. Ability to travel frequently overnight
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office products
