General Summary:
Perform daily custodial duties
Essential Duties:
Duties included but not limited to cleaning of offices conference rooms restrooms and common areas of a building. Tasks include sweeping vacuuming and trash removal as well as cleaning of carpet mopping floors cleaning windows and office furniture. Responsible for floor finishes including stripping waxing and buffing hard floor surfaces.
Other Duties as assigned.

Given: Non-supervisory position.
Education
Required: High school graduation or its equivalent; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
