Salary: up to $110000 base Uncapped Project Profitability Bonus (1st yr total $130k)

Estimator Exterior Building Services (Commercial Waterproofing exp. req.) Description
Join our client a specialty exterior construction services provider (waterproofing concrete/masonry restoration coatings building envelopes) in the DC/MD/VA region as they expand their this role you will be responsible for estimating commercial waterproofing projects ranging in cost from $10k to $500k evaluating scopes identifying risks and building accurate proposals. As contracts are closed you will oversee the project work through to completion. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on individual who builds strong client relationships and delivers high-quality results across waterproofing masonry and exterior restoration projects. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow the building envelope and waterproofing division with the support of leadership and industry consultants offering the chance to shape operations influence company direction and grow into a Division Manager role while leading high-quality projects across the region.
Estimator Exterior Building Services (Commercial Waterproofing exp. req.) Responsibilities
Visit job sites across DC/MD/VA (company vehicle provided)
Scope and estimate exterior restoration & waterproofing projects ($10K$500K)
Conduct takeoffs and prepare professional work proposals
Oversee projects from planning through closeout
Perform site surveys and lead bid walks and meetings
Coordinate subcontractors and manage project schedules
Track project performance and profitability
Ensure all work meets OSHA and internal safety standards
Communicate closely with clients and internal leadership
Provide weekly updates to leadership on progress and profitability
Support process improvements and operational growth initiatives
Estimator Exterior Building Services (Commercial Waterproofing exp. req.) Qualifications
Commercial waterproofing (exteriors/building envelopes) experience required
Customer communication and jobsite coordination experience required
Valid drivers license required
