Job Summary

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all horticultural activities and site this role you will lead and support a team of 45 Team Members ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Based in Moorabbin at Chifley Business Park you will work within an estate that offers superior on-site amenities and a well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee the teams on-site activities to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Assist in developing and implementing safe work practices fostering a culture of safety within the team.
- Weekly & Monthly report writing and stakeholder updates
- Participate in performance reviews to provide feedback and support the professional growth of team members.
- Proactively raise any workplace health and safety (WHS) issues to the State Manager or WHS Advisor for timely resolution.
- Actively participate in scheduled toolbox meetings to discuss safety updates share insights and address concerns.
- Conduct regular WHS inspections to identify potential hazards and promptly report findings to relevant stakeholders.
About You
- Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens.
- Valid White Card
- Valid Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- Valid Drivers license.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role with demonstrated ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong commitment to safe work practices
