What you will do as our new HR Coordinator
- Create job listings source candidates and screen applications using resume databases.
- Review resumes conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Document feedback from interviews assist in candidate assessments and ensure continuous communication with candidates.
- Track candidate progress maintain records in HRIS.
- Assist other business units with administrative duties as required.
- Drive employee engagement through events cultural celebrations and team-building programs
- Oversee daily administrative operations by coordinating housekeeping services and maintaining workspace hygiene.
- Coordinate facility management activities including vendor liaison maintenance follow-ups security coordination visitor access and logistical arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies stationery pantry inventory and procurement.
- Handle teams attendance reconciliation and manage Hinote attendance records.
- Manage expense point accounts for the Chennai and CTO teams.
Heres what youll bring to the role:
- Familiarity with HRIS ATS and resume databases
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting
- Strong interest in Human Resources with a desire to learn and grow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Qualification
- MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
