Inviting applications for the role of Payroll Administrator (UK)- Management Trainee!
In this role This role requires strong payroll processing expertise a solid understanding of end to end UK payroll legislation and systems and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced global environment.

Responsibilities
Manage and oversee end-to-end UK payroll operations ensuring accurate and timely processing for all employees
Validate payroll data including new starters leavers salary changes bonuses and deductions
Ensure correct calculation of PAYE National Insurance pensions and statutory payments (SMP SSP SPP etc.).
Review and reconcile payroll output to maintain accuracy prior to approvals and disbursement
Ensure payroll processes fully comply with HMRC regulations RTI reporting and UK employment law
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax codes auto-enrolment pensions and statutory legislation changes
Support internal and external payroll audits by providing documentation and analysis
Guarantee compliance with GDPR and company data protection policies
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Any Bachelors degree Post Graduation or Commerce (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good understanding of employment law and tax regulations and the application to payroll procedures
SAP ECC 6 system payroll data entry and reporting Workday UKG Country Vendor Tools etc.
Fast and accurate data entry with excellent attention to detail
To manage priorities while working to sensitive payroll deadlines and collaborate at all levels across the business
Good Excel skills (Pivot tables v-look up)
Some understanding of Payroll Accounting practices and procedures
