What you would do as our Marketing Manager Door Segment

As the Marketing Manager Door Business Segment you will play a key role in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the segments portfolio within the EMEIA division. Your role will focus on developing overarching branding and messaging to successfully position the ASSA ABLOY Door Business Segment addressing diverse target audiences and strengthen awareness and thought leadership across EMEIA. You will work closely with international commercial teams product specialists and product entity marketing teams to ensure consistent positioning across all channels while planning developing and rolling out impactful campaigns that support our commercial objectives.

You would also:

  • Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategyfor the business segment ensuring all activities contribute to business growth and enhance ASSA ABLOYs market positioning brand voice and thought leadership ambitions and own the annual marketing communications plan including budget definition content direction and agency management.
  • Ensure product entity marketing teams across the Door Business Segment deliver unified messaging and compelling campaigns considering individual market needs and share best practice.
  • Drive and guide teams in developing value-based content and impactful campaignscovering product launches channel partners verticals and key topicsacross various communication platforms both face-to-face and digital.
  • Track marketing performance against defined KPIs ensuring regular reporting and continuous optimization and drive the PR strategy ensuring alignment with brand positioning and maximizing visibility across relevant media and stakeholder channels.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has extensive experience in international B2B environments or with a marketing agency and has proven expertise in B2B marketing for technical products and solutions - ideally within the building or construction industry with a strong track record in lead generation.
  • Is strategic and persuasive thinker with the ability to translate high-level concepts into actionable plans ensuring precision in execution budgeting and process management and has Up-to-date knowledge of the latest marketing trends tools and technologies.
  • Is proactive deadline-driven and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning and project management capabilities complemented by excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Has strong affinity for technical solutions and the latest MarCom tools including AI-driven platforms.
  • Is fluent in English (additional European languages is a plus).
