We are seeking a Parts Counter Person to join our growing team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service supporting retail and internal parts sales and ensuring accurate inventory and order management in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the parts sales process from start to finish for retail and internal customers
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts
Work closely with the Parts Manager to source and locate out-of-stock or special-order parts
Process special-order requests and follow up with customers on order status
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock organization
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers technicians and dealership staff
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Comply with all federal state and local regulations related to the automotive industry
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous dealership or automotive parts experience preferred (CDK experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle systems
Ability to quickly identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Strong communication customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software systems
Strong math reading and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a professional appearance and strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
High school diploma or equivalent required
