This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in Europe while supporting innovative digital advertising and tech solutions for international clients. Responsibilities

Identify generate and qualify new B2B leads

Execute high-volume outbound cold calls and manage the full sales cycle

Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients

Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions

Achieve monthly KPIs related to outreach qualification and conversions

Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline reporting

Collaborate closely with internal teams to support sales strategy and client success
Requirements

Fluent Dutch (mandatory)

Fluent English (mandatory)

Minimum 2 years of cold-calling sales experience ideally in tech SaaS or digital advertising

Strong knowledge of business development prospecting lead generation and qualification

Excellent communication persuasion and negotiation skills

Comfortable with outbound prospecting and a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup

Strong organizational and time-management skills
