We are seeking dedicated and motivated Portuguese-speaking Customer Advisors to join our fully remote customer support team in Bulgaria. You will be supporting an international healthcare-related project for a globally recognized organization (brand name not disclosed).
This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people solving problems and working in a structured supportive environment. Whether you have previous experience or are new to the field full training will be provided to help you succeed.
This is a remote role exclusively for residents of Bulgaria and all required work equipment will be supplied by the company.
Position Summary
As a Remote Portuguese Customer Advisor you will handle customer inquiries assist with product or service concerns provide reliable information and offer effective solutions tailored to the customers needs. You will be interacting daily with Portuguese-speaking clients ensuring they receive professional timely and accurate support.
Your role contributes directly to customer satisfaction and service quality for a major global project in the healthcare sector.
Main Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone email or chat in a professional and empathetic manner.

Provide clear and accurate information about products orders services and general inquiries.

Assist customers with troubleshooting concerns escalations and other support-related tasks.

Escalate more complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.

Use internal systems tools and resources to manage cases and document interactions thoroughly.

Ensure compliance with internal policies quality standards and service expectations.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge procedures and communication guidelines.

Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback observations and suggestions.
Requirements

Fluent Portuguese speaker (Native/C2 level)

Good command of English (B2 level minimum) for internal communication and training

Must currently reside in Bulgaria

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Customer-oriented mindset with a calm and solution-driven approach

Comfortable navigating multiple software tools and digital systems

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Team-oriented adaptable and motivated to learn

Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory
