Job Summary

Annuity Specialist needs 5 years

Annuity Specialist requires:

Proven experience with fixed and fixed index annuities
Strong understanding of surrender schedules and annuity product structures
Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for clients
Excellent communication organization and analytical skills
Self-motivated and proactive in identifying client opportunities
Experience with insurance carriers IMOs or broker-dealer platforms (preferred)
Insurance license (215) required; Series 65 or equivalent a plus
Comfortable discussing financial products and upgrades with clients
Motivated by client success and long-term outcomes
Collaborative and professional in team and partner interactions
Evaluate current annuity holdings to identify upgrade or exchange opportunities
Accurately calculate and explain surrender fees and implications to clients
Clearly communicate annuity mechanics and upgrade benefits in client-friendly language
