Key Responsibilities

Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement or resolution.

Communicate frequently with clients insurance adjusters and medical providers.

Prepare and review demand packages settlement documents and negotiation materials.

Handle lien resolution subrogation issues and case disbursements.

Lead and support a team of paralegals and case staff.

Participate in community outreach and business development activities.
Qualifications

Active North Carolina law license in good standing.

Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).

Minimum of 1 year of personal injury experience.

Strong client communication and case management skills.
