About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Content Creator (Turkish Speaker English B2) to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will develop engaging digital content tailored for Turkish-speaking audiences supporting a fast-growing social media project.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality content (video photo text) for Turkish-speaking markets

• Develop creative concepts aligned with project goals

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns

• Monitor trends and adapt content to maximize engagement

• Participate in on-site content production (shooting editing brainstorming)

• Ensure content is optimized for various social media and digital platforms

Requirements

• Native or fluent Turkish speaker

• English level B2

• Strong creative mindset with experience in content creation

• Experience filming editing and producing digital content

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must be available on-site in Lisbon
