Job Details

Location: Porto Portugal (On-site)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 19:00 (2 rotating days off)
Contract: Full-time stable project
Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities

Engage with customers via social media (chat comments email)
Manage inquiries feedback and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Maintain brand tone and ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Escalate complex topics when needed
Work according to KPIs and quality guidelines
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with platform rules

Requirements

Fluent Dutch (C1)
Good English (B1)
Experience in Customer Service Social Media Digital Support or Community Management is an advantage
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Available to work rotating schedules
EU passport or Portuguese residency
