What Youll Do

Respond to customer inquiries via phone email chat and social media delivering professional and friendly support
Resolve service requests around bookings accounts and general assistance while maintaining a high-quality experience
Log customer interactions accurately in our CRM and collaborate with internal teams when escalation is required
Manage multiple communication channels efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
Identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service standards

Who You Are

Native or fluent in Danish with strong proficiency in English (minimum B2)
Previous customer service experience is a plus; excellent communication and service mindset are essential
Comfortable across multiple channels (phone chat email) and quick to adapt to new tools
Detail-oriented organised and able to thrive in a dynamic support environment
Flexible and resilient ready to meet service expectations and deliver excellence
