Job Summary

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting & Finance (BS Accounting & Finance) or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks ERP systems or Zoho.
Strong understanding of export processes and shipment-related documentation.
Solid knowledge of taxation laws and filings including Sales Tax Income Tax and Withholding.
Ability to manage sales-related financial technicalities.
Strong communication analytical and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounts transaction entries ledgers and customer accounts.
Maintain and update data in accounting software (QuickBooks ERP Zoho).
Prepare and reconcile sales reports vendor accounts receivables and payables.
Handle export documentation shipment records and compliance requirements.
Oversee tax-related tasks including Sales Tax Income Tax and Withholding submissions.
Prepare profitability reports cost sheets and financial analyses.
Assist management in business growth strategies budgeting and forecasting.
Coordinate with the sales team warehouse and cross-functional teams for smooth financial operations.
Prepare financial briefs and presentations for investor or management meetings.
Support team coordination and internal reporting processes.
