JOB DETAILS

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural civil electrical and mechanical designs and drawings according to specifications.
- Develop and draft building plans technical diagrams and blueprints using various software tools.
- Coordinate with architects engineers and construction professionals to incorporate modifications and project requirements.
- Review and analyze project proposals blueprints and drawings for compliance with specifications and project objectives.
- Maintain and update detailed records of design logs revisions and project documentation.
- Provide expert advice on drafting techniques design standards and construction codes.
- Conduct site visits to collect data and verify accuracy of plans.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of professional drafting experience in a related industry.
- Proven experience in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of architectural engineering and construction standards.
- Excellent spatial and mathematical skills for technical drawing.
- Outstanding attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Drafting Architecture Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in drafting technologies or related technical training is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other industry-related software.
