Job Summary
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or any related field
- 4 years of experience in telesales outbound calling or contact centre roles
- Proven track record of managing the full lead cycle from outreach and qualification to conversion
- Strong and polished English communication skills
- Confident in pitching and objection handling
- Ability to nurture leads and consistently drive conversions
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete lead cycle including outreach qualification nurturing and conversion
- Engage and follow up with assigned leads through outbound calls
- Convert warm leads into qualified opportunities
- Deliver clear confident and persuasive product pitches
- Handle objections professionally and ensure positive call outcomes
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead progression
- Collaborate with the team to improve and optimize lead conversion strategies
