Job Summary:

We are looking for a versatile Graphics Support Virtual Assistant who can also handle integrations email and funnel setup and landing page creation using Zohos templates. This role combines creativity with technical execution ideal for someone who can support both design and backend setup for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphics & Creative Tasks:

• Create edit and optimize graphics for marketing campaigns social media email content and landing pages.
• Ensure all visuals follow the clients branding guidelines and style.

Technical & Marketing Setup:

• Set up email campaigns automations and workflows using Zoho tools.
• Build and customize landing pages using Zohos templates.
• Assist in funnel creation from structure setup to integrations.
• Manage integrations between Zoho and other platforms/tools as needed.
• Troubleshoot any issues related to email delivery forms tracking or funnel components.

General Support:

• Collaborate with the client to understand campaign objectives and ensure accurate setup.
• Provide updates documentation and reports on tasks completed.
• Implement revisions quickly and efficiently based on feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Virtual Assistant specializing in graphics email setup or marketing funnels.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva Photoshop or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience with Zohoespecially Zoho Landing Pages Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Funnels.
• Understanding of CRM workflows automations and integrations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS (a plus but not required)
• Experience with other funnel builders (ClickFunnels GoHighLevel etc.)
• Knowledge of lead generation flow and email optimization best practices.
• Ability to create basic mockups or wireframes for landing pages.
