About the Role
As a Sales Account Manager youll build strong relationships with B2B clients in your market identify new opportunities and provide tailored digital solutions that drive success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of business clients.
- Conduct outbound calls and online meetings to consult engage and retain customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors.
Requirements
- Native or C2 level in Swedish Danish Dutch or German.
- Fluent English (C1) for internal communication.
- 12 years experience in sales account management or customer success.
- Strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented proactive and team-focused.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain.
