Job Summary
One of our reputed clients in Dubai a leading Aluminum & Glass Fabrication Company is urgently seeking experienced Factory Production Supervisors to oversee daily production operations and ensure quality and productivity standards are met.
SALARY: AED 3000 - 3500 per month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and manage daily factory production operations.
- Allocate manpower efficiently to meet production targets.
- Monitor quality control and ensure output meets company standards.
- Maintain proper production records and reporting.
- Train and guide production staff to optimize performance and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with management to resolve production issues and improve processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 35 years of supervisory experience in aluminum & glass fabrication or production environment.
- Strong leadership organizational and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control standards in manufacturing.
