SALARY: PGK 3000 - 3500
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
- Manage schedules appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Draft review and prepare reports correspondence and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements visas and accommodations.
- Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Perform general office management duties and support day-to-day operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
