Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo Sri Lanka is looking for qualified and experienced Chartered Architect to join their dynamic team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead architectural design projects from concept to completion with a focus on quality and functionality.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings layouts and specifications in compliance with local regulations.
Collaborate with clients consultants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections to assess project requirements.
Provide creative and sustainable design solutions tailored to client needs.
Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
Manage timelines budgets and project documentation efficiently.
Ensure adherence to architectural standards safety codes and industry best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
Chartered Membership with the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA) or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience in architecture and project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other design software.
Strong leadership communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Excellent design sense and attention to detail.
