About the Role
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be the first point of contact for Norwegian-speaking users needing technical support. You will handle incoming requests diagnose issues and ensure that users receive fast and effective solutions. Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to Norwegian-speaking users via phone email and chat.

- Assist with onboarding new users by setting up accounts and configuring workstations.

Requirements
- Native-level or fluent Norwegian with solid communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in IT support or customer-facing technical roles is an advantage but motivated fast-learners will also be considered.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to guide users through solutions in a clear and calm manner.
- Good organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
