- Serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues - handling requests via phone email or chat.
- Diagnose software and hardware problems troubleshoot issues and work proactively to identify root causes.
- Log incidents track service requests escalate complex issues when needed and update resolution records.
- Assist with onboarding new users setting up accounts and configuring systems to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to improve support workflows and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Who you are
- Fluent in Czech and English both written and spoken.
- Experience in technical support help desk or customer/IT-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills paired with clear communication style - capable of explaining technical issues in a user-friendly manner.
- Adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn new technologies and tools.
