Role Overview
As a Remote Dutch-Speaking Travel Agent you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers seeking assistance with a wide range of travel-related inquiries. You will help travelers navigate bookings resolve issues and provide clear and friendly guidance to ensure an excellent customer experience. Your role is essential in building trust and offering reliable support to customers from the Netherlands and Belgium.
Detailed Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone email and live chat offering prompt and professional support.

Assist customers with booking accommodations handling reservation changes cancellations payment inquiries and special requests.

Provide tailored solutions based on each customers needs using empathy patience and strong problem-solving abilities.

Navigate internal systems and knowledge bases to deliver accurate and effective support.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and case resolutions.

Collaborate with other departments (technical support partner support escalation teams) when required to ensure seamless issue resolution.

Adhere to high-quality performance standards KPIs and customer satisfaction expectations.

Stay updated on product changes travel policies and internal procedures through ongoing training sessions.

Contribute ideas and feedback to help improve operational workflows and customer experience strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Fluent Dutch speaker (C2 or native-level)

Strong command of English (minimum B2 level) for internal communication and training

Eligibility to work remotely within Greece

Confident communication style with strong listening empathy and multitasking skills

Comfortable working with digital tools CRM systems and online communication platforms

Ability to remain patient and calm in challenging or sensitive customer interactions

Flexible and adaptable mindsetcomfortable working in a fast-paced international setup

Previous customer service hospitality or travel industry experience is preferred but absolutely not required; full training will be provided
