Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Renewals Specialist fluent in Dutch and English to join a dynamic team in Spain. What you will do

Manage the renewals process for existing clients ensuring timely and accurate contract updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to maximize customer retention and satisfaction.
Track and report on renewals activity pipeline and key metrics.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues to maintain long-term partnerships.
Contribute to process improvements and share insights to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Who you are

Fluent in Dutch and English both written and spoken.
Experience in customer success account management renewals or related client-facing roles.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage clients professionally.
Organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive solution-focused and motivated to contribute to a high-performing team.
Comfortable working with CRM tools and reporting systems to track renewals and client interactions.
