The Role
As a Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in attracting evaluating and onboarding top talent across the organization with a special focus on media sales roles. Youll collaborate closely with department heads and sales leadership to understand hiring needs manage the full recruitment cycle and deliver a seamless candidate experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive detail-oriented recruiter with a passion for media publishing and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles at LXM Media with main focus on hiring international sales talent
- Drafting and posting job ads for both general and media sales positions
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn job boards and industry networks and headhunting initiatives
- Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews focusing on skills experience and cultural fit
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and leadership
- Guiding candidates through the offer negotiation and onboarding process
- Collaborate with department heads and sales/business development teams to prioritise current hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases (e.g. Manatal)
- Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and employment regulations
- Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire cost-per-hire source effectiveness)
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent
- Stay up to date with trends in recruitment and recommending optimisations of hiring process
What Were Looking For
- Proven track record and experience in recruitment ideally with exposure to media sales business development or commercial roles
- Strong understanding of the media publishing or advertising industry is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment/CRM software (e.g. Manatal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Fluency in English; Greek or other European languages are a plus
