SITE DIRECTOR II (FULL-TIME): Before & After School Program Site Director

Location: Gilbert Heights12839 SE Holgate Blvd Portland OR 97236

Schedule: No Weekends! Monday-Friday 6:00am - 8:15am and 2:00pm -6:00pm.

Pay & Benefits:

$24.00-$27.00 (depending on qualifications/experience)

As an AlphaBEST Captain youll be trained to do the following:

Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness the arts technology and more!
Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.
Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite childrens sense of wonder.
Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students interests and talents.
Provide a caring family-oriented environment where positive staff child parent and school relationships are fostered at your program site.

Heres what youll need:

Must have a Bachelors degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience
Must be at least 21 years old
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (CBR #)
Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standards
