Role specifics and this contract your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient assessments initiating and adjusting respiratory therapies (oxygen delivery CPAP/BiPAP aerosolized medications bronchodilators chest physiotherapy) and closely monitoring ventilator parameters ABGs and patient responses. Youll participate in weaning protocols NIV management and rapid response initiatives while ensuring accurate documentation charting and communication with physicians and care teams.
