About the Community:
The goal of this master planned community is to embrace the philosophy of new urbanism. This philosophy brings residents out of their homes to join the neighbors while remaining in their own community. We provide large parks with ample opportunity for recreation and social events at our community center many distinctive neighborhoods pedestrian friendly environments as well as commercial facilities. The community consists of single family homes patio homes and luxury apartments.
At CCMC our Administrative Coordinator plays a crucial role in executing our companys purpose statement: We build community by bringing people together in the neighborhoods where they live and in the offices where we work. Simply put we create experiences that connect people.
The Administrative Coordinator will maintain a high degree of customer service in all resident inquiries and interactions; answer a high volume of phone calls and emails and provide general information or re-direction to appropriate departments; all while learning and growing their administrative communications and accounting skills.

If driving is or becomes a requirement of the role it is required at all times that you hold a valid state drivers license for the class of vehicle you are driving maintain a clean motor vehicle report and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
