Recruiter Manufacturing (Hourly Employees)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! In this role you will focus on attracting sourcing and hiring top hourly talent for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will support production operations maintenance and other plant-level roles ensuring the right people are in the right positions to drive business success.
The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume recruiting environment has strong experience in full lifecycle recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles and enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full lifecycle recruitment for hourly and production positions across multiple manufacturing functions.
Partner with hiring managers and plant leaders to understand staffing needs production schedules and workforce planning goals.
Source screen and interview candidates ensuring a high-quality and efficient recruitment process.
Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates through job boards social media employee referrals and local networks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and HR partners to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing industry.
Stay informed on labor market trends local employment opportunities and best practices in hourly recruitment.
Track and report recruiting metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Participate in job fairs community outreach programs and other recruiting events to attract hourly talent.
Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
37 years of recruiting experience ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings focusing on hourly employees.
Proven experience managing full lifecycle recruitment for production operations or plant-level roles.
Strong sourcing skills using job boards social media employee referrals and local recruiting networks.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hourly hiring.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for manufacturing production or operations roles.
Familiarity with workforce planning and high-volume recruitment processes.
Experience with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies targeting hourly employees.
Compensation and Benefits
Typical pay range: $75k $95k annually (based on skills experience and qualifications).
Eligible for participation in Quarterly Incentive Pay Program.
