MetroEHS is seeking a dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead our ABA program! Serving as Director of a discipline service line across the entire organization or assigned regions the Discipline Director is responsible for end-to-end oversight of their assigned discipline in relation to quality scope appropriateness efficiency and effectiveness of their discipline. The Discipline Director provides administrative leadership in developing implementing and supporting distinctive and marketable high quality effective and efficient clinical programming. Your Impact

Operating under the delegation of and with oversight from the CEO CFO and the Vice President of ABA Services the job duties include:

Lead the development and growth of discipline programming and future business planning.

Responsible for overall discipline performance and productivity.

Supporting supervision to meet productivity requirements.

Oversight of discipline specific department staffing.

Educate and ensure compliance with all applicable laws rules standards policies procedures practices as required by payors state regulations and discipline specific accrediting organizations.

Development and maintenance of Policies & Procedures Best Practices Orientation & Training Materials with interdisciplinary collaboration of company leaders.

Coordination of graduate student placements and student internship programming.

Development and oversight of competency of clinicians for clinical treatment documentation best practices billing practices and policies and procedures.

Provide ongoing feedback regarding performance improvements and expectations.

Provide ongoing Leadership development training and mentoring to Regional Discipline Directors Clinic Directors and Managers.

Complete evaluations of Clinic Directors with the Leadership Team

Identify discipline specific and company-wide needs for equipment education and therapy materials capital budget items and ensure efficient use of resources and that all applicable expenses are within budget.

Responsible for accurate and appropriate discipline specific billing practices and trends.

Responsible for departmental level profit and loss maintains department level budget.

Attending all required meetings such as the leadership meeting weekly every Tuesday at HQ the weekly recruiting meeting CD meetings every Friday from 9am-11am DOC meetings biweekly RDD meetings weekly Lead ABAC Meetings as scheduled BCBA meetings monthly ABA Manager meetings as scheduled meetings with VP of ABA Services weekly and mentor meetings weekly as scheduled.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of Michigan as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • 10 years of experience as a practicing clinician with 3 years of experience with supervising people. And 3 years of program development experience.
  • Working knowledge of the Principles and Practices of OT/PT/SLP Nutrition and Mental Health Services ect. The re/habilitative process payor rules and regulations discipline specific Code of Ethics Best Practices Guidelines Standards of Practice practice trends and billing

You will also bring:

  • A strong ability to foster and promote an interdisciplinary collaborative and client-centered culture that prioritizes service excellence with a positive and adaptable mindset.
  • Proven experience in business processes and project management including the development implementation and evaluation of programs using diverse project management tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in program development financial oversight strategic planning marketing relationship building and leading organizational change.
  • A track record of building and leading high-performing multi-disciplinary teams with a hands-on leadership style and a commitment to coaching and developing clinical professional communication leadership and customer service skills.
  • A passion for leading by example embodying MetroEHSs Mission Vision and Values and a commitment to achieving exceptional client outcomes through collaborative interdisciplinary excellence.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

  • Active & Engaged Work Kneeling bending and playing at ground level.
  • Hands-On Support Lifting up to 50 lbs may be required.
  • Quick Reflexes Ability to respond to behaviors such as elopement (running away) or aggressive actions.
  • Loud or Noisy Environments Working with active children in dynamic settings.
  • Potential Exposure to Bodily Fluids Assisting with hygiene or accidental incidents.

Status

  • Full-time

Work Schedule

  • Full-time 40-45 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday

Compensation

  • Annual salary based on experience and qualifications.
  • Potential to earn additional compensation in productivity bonuses.
