Job Summary
ABA Center Manager
Location: West Contra Costa (Richmond CA)
Schedule: MondayFriday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
Language Requirement: Bilingual Spanish/English (Required)
About the Role
The ABA Center Manager will oversee daily operations at our Richmond center working closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service delivery regulatory compliance and a professional welcoming environment for clients families and staff. Prior experience in a managerial role within an ABA or behavioral health setting is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee center operations scheduling and staff coverage
- Support client intake enrollment and overall family experience
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA OSHA and all applicable regulations
- Maintain facility standards inventory and center organization
- Supervise staff support performance management and collaborate with Clinical Managers
- Track operational metrics and provide regular reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (Required)
- Spanish fluency (Required)
- 3 years of management experience in a clinical or ABA setting (preferred)
- Strong organizational communication and leadership skills
