DescriptionIn this dynamic and rewarding role the Sales Manager will be responsible for maximizing the hotels sales potential and achieving revenue targets. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing you will manage allocated accounts and markets ensuring that business is processed efficiently and delivered with excellence.
You will play a key role in day-to-day sales activities focusing on building long-term value-based relationships with clients that drive results. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a luxury resort experience collaborate with a passionate team and make a tangible impact on the hotels growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically acquire and grow accounts while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts in the luxury hospitality market.
- Represent the hotel at designated business events and conferences and conduct sales presentations both in Greece and abroad.
- Provide regular performance and sales reporting including insights from conferences and sales calls.
- Create and implement action plans for assigned accounts to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
- Understands the overall market - competitors strengths and weaknesses economic trends supply and demand and knows how to promote effectively.
- Conduct thorough and innovative site inspections and familiarization trips.
- Plan and deliver account training sessions as necessary to enhance productivity and revenue.
- Drive collaborative marketing programs with key accounts while ensuring brand standards across all assigned channels.
- Ensure internal and hotel teams are informed about issues related to assigned accounts.
Location: Athens (travel when needed in Mykonos during the summer season)
Work-Schedule: Full-time
Starting date: Immediately
Reporting to: Director of Sales & Marketing
Requirements- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel.
- Results-oriented with the ability to effectively manage KPIs.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills as well as outstanding client relationship management experience.
- Excellent English and Greek communication capabilities in speaking and writing.
- IT savvy.
- A passion for guest experience and relationship building.
