Clinical Lead Nurse 52416 Luxury Nursing & Residential Care Home
Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join their management team at a luxury care home offering person centred residential nursing and dementia care for older adults. With a strong commitment to dignity safety and individualised support the service provides a warm and welcoming environment where clinical standards are as important as kindness and connection.
As Clinical Lead Nurse youll play a central part in ensuring high-quality nursing care across the home. Working closely with the Home Manager youll lead and inspire a clinical team monitor care delivery and help maintain a safe person-centred environment where residents feel genuinely cared for.
This is a full-time permanent position (42 hours per week) ideal for a Registered Nurse who is ready to take on a key leadership role while still remaining close to hands-on care.
Please note: due to the location of the service candidates must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
What Youll Need:
- Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)
- Previous experience working in a nursing home setting (essential)
- Solid background in older adults care including dementia support
- Strong clinical knowledge leadership skills and a calm confident presence
- A genuine commitment to delivering high standards of care and continuous improvement

- Build strong relationships with residents families and external professionals
