Job Summary

Salary$70637.00 - $113027.00Responsible for the supervision of Patient Financial Services staff according to departmental policies and procedures to ensure the timely and accurate collection of accounts receivable and providing high levels of service excellence to patients and other customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Requires a minimum of three years experience in a hospital physician or clinic Business Office. A minimum of six months lead or supervisor experience preferred.
- Computerized medical billing systems required. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of payer reimbursement methodologies HIPAA and compliance regulations.
