Position Summary
The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Primary Responsibilities
Supports leadservicerin effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet theclientneeds.
Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details contacts and policy information in EPIC
Attach organize and name documents in EPIC
Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers including BOR proposal letters change requestsproofs of insuranceetc.
Endorse policy in EPIC
Create activities in EPIC and assign applicableteam-member.

Work Experience

Professional Licenses/Certifications
Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specifiedtime frame
Essential Skills/Competencies
Knowledge of Excel Word and other MS Office products to include basic formatting
Able to learn coverage fundamentals.

Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.

Education
HS Diploma or equivalent
Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Office work involves working at a desk most of the time using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Typing grasping and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day andwalking and standingarerequiredoccasionally.
