As a Clinical Manager youll be part of an experienced engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincents Care Services Auburn.

This is a Fixed Term Maternity leave cover role for 1 year.

Things that work for us:

  • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.

  • Proven experience managing clinical service provision preferably in an Aged Care facility fostering a safe workplace and driving continuous quality improvement initiatives to develop sustainable practice

  • Excellent understanding of the Aged Care Act with knowledge and experience of the Aged Care Accreditation process

  • Demonstrated collaborative leadership style

  • High level of customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

  • Ability to follow directives as per care plan

  • Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities

  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check will be a requirement of this role.
