Robina Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse is a high growth pharmacy and we are looking for enthusiastic committed and values-driven individuals to join our busy high-script-volume pharmacy. We are recruiting for multiple part-time positions and weekend availability is essential for all roles.

• Pharmacy Assistants
• Pharmacy Students
• Dispense Technicians
• Intern Pharmacists

Key Responsibilities (depending on role)

Pharmacy Assistants

• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice
• Operate POS systems and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with stock replenishment merchandising and store presentation
• Support dispensary workflows when required
• Maintain a clean organised and welcoming store environment

Pharmacy Students

• Support pharmacists with dispensing preparation and administrative tasks
• Assist customers with OTC queries under pharmacist supervision
• Process prescriptions and liaise with customers professionally
• Contribute to stock management and ordering
• Learn and apply pharmacy legislation and best practice standards

Dispense Technicians

• Accurately prepare and label prescriptions
• Support pharmacists with dispensing duties and DAAs
• Assist with controlled drug processes and accurate record keeping
• Manage dispensary workflow during busy periods
• Maintain dispensary stock levels and organisation

Intern Pharmacists

• Assist in all areas of pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision
• Provide clinical advice and counselling to customers
• Support vaccination services (if accredited)
• Contribute to MedsChecks QUM activities and health promotions
• Develop leadership skills teamwork and safe dispensing practice

Skills & Attributes Required

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to learn and adapt
• A team-first mentality
• Commitment to high standards of professionalism and patient care
• Previous pharmacy experience is highly regarded but not essential for assistant/student roles.
